What really sold me was the attention to small stuff – good water pressure in the shower, blackout curtains that actually block the morning sun, and they’ve got this solid Wi-Fi setup that didn’t drop once during my stay. The building’s pretty quiet too, especially considering you’re still in the heart of the city. I mean, you’ll hear the occasional motorbike, but it’s not that constant street noise that keeps you up.

Here’s what I really appreciated though – the location is perfect for people who want to experience Hanoi without the chaos of the Old Quarter. You’re a ten-minute walk from Lotte Tower if you need that Western comfort fix, but more importantly, you’re surrounded by those little local eateries that don’t have English menus. There’s this bánh mì place just two streets over that locals line up at every morning around 7 AM – absolutely worth the early wake-up call. The staff at Ruby seem to know their neighborhood too; they pointed me toward a coffee shop that I never would’ve found on my own, hidden behind what looked like someone’s front door. Getting around is easy – plenty of taxis know the area, and if you’re brave enough for a motorbike taxi, the drivers can navigate those narrow streets like it’s nothing. Honestly, staying here felt more like temporarily living in Hanoi rather than just visiting it, which is exactly what I was hoping for. It’s that sweet spot where you get proper amenities and service (this is definitely a legit 4-star setup) but you’re still immersed in the real rhythm of the city.

  The man and the maid are friendly and supportive
  
  What could be improved: The first 3 nights with super noise by drilling and doing construction inside the building , i could take a rest or sleep well from morning until 4 pm .
  
  Water is out for 4-5 hours until midnight , when water is back with super dark and dusty colors from Bathroom/ Sink stuffs / Kitchen Sink … the results I could not take a shower until the next morning of the day after.
  
  The lock of gate/ main door are low of battery then it take sometimes to open or might take longer …. they should change a new one.
  
  The staff of Ruby changed other room for me after 3 days until i check out.

  Căn hộ ở khu vực yên tĩnh, gần nhiều quán xá và cửa hàng tiện lợi. Phòng ốc khá ổn, rộng rãi và trang thiết bị rất hữu dụng. Phòng tắm rất ổn với bồn tắm gỗ (tuy nhiên có vài thanh gỗ bị rơi ra và tôi suýt giẫm vào đinh trên ván đó) và bồn cầu thông minh.
  
  What could be improved: Tivi (cả bên ngoài phòng khách và phòng ngủ) gần như không sử dụng được. Nước điều hòa dột khá nhiều trong nhà. Phòng khách trước đấy có vẻ có rèm cửa nhưng đã tháo ra: hơi bất tiện vì kính nhìn được, khách ở ko được riêng tư. Phòng tắm thiếu sữa tắm dầu gội, lọ thì có nhưng chưa fill thêm.

  Phòng bày trí rất đẹp và tiện nghi ạ
  Phòng có bồn tắm rất chill và chi tiết từng dụng cụ nấu ăn đầy đủ…
  
  What could be improved: Phòng nên lắp bóng điện trắng ạ, vì nhiều bóng vàng khá tối ở phòng
  Nên có gương ở bàn phòng ngủ để dễ soi nữa
  Và cần có chỗ để xe cho những khách đi xe máy nưã ạ
