What really got me was how quiet it stays at night – Pham Hung can get busy during the day with all the office workers, but evenings are surprisingly peaceful. The staff at Mikage Housing clearly know what they’re doing too; check-in was smooth, and they’ve got this helpful local knowledge thing down pat without being pushy about it.

Here’s the thing though – location-wise, you’re trading Old Quarter charm for something more practical. There’s a decent coffee shop literally across the street (and trust me, you’ll need your caffeine fix), plus you’ve got shopping centers and actual supermarkets within walking distance, which is clutch if you’re staying more than a few days. The metro connection isn’t terrible either, though honestly, grabbing a Grab is usually easier and pretty cheap. I’d say this place hits that sweet spot for business travelers or anyone who wants apartment-style space without the tourist markup. It’s not going to give you those Instagram-worthy colonial architecture shots, but if you want to actually live somewhere comfortable while exploring Hanoi – rather than just crashing between sightseeing marathons – this makes a lot of sense. The 4-star rating feels about right; it’s solid and well-run without any major complaints, just don’t expect boutique hotel personality.

  What could be improved: バルコニーの鍵が壊れていた。Wi-Fiがつながらなかった。旧市街までかなり遠い（中心地までの地下鉄開通が待ち遠しい）

  Căn hộ rất sạch sẽ và thơm mát. Ngay khi bước vào cửa căn hộ tôi đã cảm nhận được một mùi thơm nhẹ của căn hộ. Có lẽ chủ nhà đã chuẩn bị căn hộ rất kỹ càng cho tôi. Tôi rất cảm ơn vì đều đó. Chủ nhà cũng đã phản hồi rất nhanh nhưng câu hỏi của tôi.
