I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name “Zzz Studio-02-Joy-Sakura,” I thought it sounded like someone threw random words at a wall. But this little gem tucked away in Vinhomes Smart City actually surprised me in the best way possible. The whole complex sits in this newer development area in Gia Lâm, and while it’s not right in Hanoi’s Old Quarter (you’re looking at about a 30-minute ride depending on traffic), there’s something refreshing about being away from the constant motorbike symphony that defines downtown.

What struck me first was how quiet it gets here, especially in the evenings. The Zen Park area lives up to its name – you can actually hear birds instead of just honking, which is rare for Hanoi. The studio itself is compact but smartly designed, and I mean genuinely smart, not just developer marketing speak. Everything feels intentional, from the way the light comes in through the windows to the little storage solutions that actually make sense when you’re living out of a suitcase. The Sakura theme isn’t overdone either – just subtle touches that give the space some personality without feeling kitschy. You know what really got me though? The shower pressure is fantastic, and anyone who’s traveled through Vietnam knows that’s not a given, even in nice places.

The 9.6 rating makes sense once you spend a night or two here. It’s one of those places where the small details add up – the Wi-Fi actually works for video calls (tested it multiple times), the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a dying helicopter, and honestly, the bed is more comfortable than some five-star places I’ve stayed at in the city center. The whole Vinhomes development has this planned community feel that some people love and others find a bit sterile, but if you’re looking for a peaceful base to explore Hanoi from, it works really well. There’s decent coffee within walking distance, though you’ll want to venture into the main city for the really good stuff. The only minor thing is that ride-hailing can sometimes take a few extra minutes to find you since it’s still a newer area and some drivers aren’t super familiar with the exact building locations. But the value here is incredible – you’re getting four-star comfort without the four-star Hanoi hotel prices, and sometimes that trade-off of being slightly outside the chaos is exactly what you need after a long day of navigating the beautiful madness that is this city.

  Căn hộ tiện nghi, sạch sẽ, đầy đủ đồ dùng cơ bản, tv có sẵn netflix, cách bố trí đồ đạc cảm giác gần gũi như ở nhà. Dưới chân toà nhà có nhiều minimart và cafe đồ ăn. Từ căn hộ có thể bắt bus free để di chuyển quanh khu Ocean Park. Điểm cộng chị chủ rất chu đáo và hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình. Có dịp chắc chắn mình sẽ quay lại.
